The office works between Milan and China on adaptive reuse, private housing and small-scale public works.

The method always begins with what is already there: the existing structure, the real constraints, whatever is worth keeping. Interventions are measured, materials few and declared, and construction decisions stay legible to the people who use the spaces.

Working between two contexts — Italian and Chinese — is not a geographical specialism but a way of looking: every project is approached without taking the building habits of its place for granted.
